Critical data collection: resolves data silos across existing production equipment without a full retrofit or equipment replacement.
Painless upgrade: captures the machine's display through the controller's video output and recognizes data directly from the image. No change to your production flow, no additional cameras, and because the method is non-intrusive it does not affect the equipment warranty.
Automatic data collection: recognizes letters and digits automatically, with continuous output as reports or values.
Flexible output: collected data can be delivered over Modbus, REST API and other interfaces.
Recognition accuracy verification: recognized images can be re-verified against a remote AI model — an automated check that validates system reliability.
